Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our products are made to order, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing.
• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The product received is incorrect

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
